This 4-week sugar challenge will place an emphasis on an already low sugar program by eliminating sweets. Throughout the program, you will receive support and helpful resources to keep you motivated. 

*For weight loss, typical results vary up to 6 and 8 pounds lost during the first two weeks and up to 2 pounds per week thereafter when the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol is followed properly.

In addition to a doctor-designed food protocol, you will receive support and helpful resources to keep you motivated.
